So I asked the contractor and he said it's for jio fiber but I'm wondering will they have to install a tower too in my area to get jio fiber connection?
We already have a jio tower in my area for 5g network.

No need for a tower to get fiber connection. That's not how fiber connection works. In a fiber, a tower is not involved.

Yeah that's what I was wondering too. But isn't air fiber will draw it's network from existing 5 g jio tower?

Orange fiber cable Jio uses to connect tower to tower.
Railtel also uses the same cable for taking uplink from Jio.

What you mean tower to tower? There is already a tower installed in my area

Then new tower installation will be done somewhere, and if not, its for railtel uplink.
