Recommended ONU/router with bridge support (and which to avoid)

I tried all possible methods using various VLAN IDs I could retrieve from Dasan 660 logs, attempting to telnet into the Dasan 660. I attempted most of the four-digit numbers I could find in the Dasan log.

Additionally, I manually created a VLAN in my Asus Ax3000 router, keeping G7 in transparent mode, but without success.

I have requested an upgrade to the 1 Gbps plan, which includes changing the ONT to a Dasan 680 device or some other device, and I will try again then
 
@MZRecords I don't think it's a VLAN issue. For others, it worked with VLAN 100 on G7. Something seems wrong here. Can we connect on Telegram so I can share all the VLAN IDs I've tried so far? But I doubt the issue is with VLAN
 
@MZRecords, then it could be possibility of fake O5. Verify once again whether the GPON S/N in your G7 is same as your Dasan's, and i guess its in Hex format? I remember setting serial number in hex format in G3. AFAIK, MAC address cloning is not needed, only serial number is enough.
 
I received my G7 today. The first thing I tried was using it with the same VLAN ID 2412 that I used in my G3v1, but it didn't work. Then, I attempted to use it with VLAN 100, and it didn't work either. I also tried scanning for VLANs on a Linux system with a Python script, but it didn't detect any VLANs. So, if you have 1 - 1.2k to spare, I would highly recommend getting the G3v1 for one last attempt and then letting the matter rest lol.
 
It is still a partial solution, cause you are on unconventional VLAN ID. What if one day it just stops working on VLAN 2412? Scan again and set it to the respective VLAN we get from VLAN scanner?

Also, can you set G3 to transparent and run the python script to detect VLAN?
