hmm. office pc could have some sort of restrictions though it seems unlikely as doh is a relatively new tech. corporates are definitely not going to like the combo of doh+ESNI because it also makes your online activity invisible to their IT department. you can basically use your office machine to upload company documents to a private server and there would be nothing in their logs to check.
might be worth trying to run portable firefox from a pen drive and see if you can get doh on it to work.
These steps won't work if you are in a workplace and the employer has installed his own certificate on the machines and uses a ssl proxy in conjunction with the firewall
Tested with that 1337 site, tamil site both use cloudflare and works consistently. Xvid and PH I don't know if they have ESNI enabled so it sometimes works just keep refreshing it.
All these sites https version do not open with chrome.
easy way to check if a domain is on cloudflare or not. along with other things like if SNI is encrypted on that domain or not. add /cdn-cgi/trace to the browser.
i am confused though...
broadbandforum.co/cdn-cgi/trace show sni=plaintext but 13 37x.tw/cdn-cgi/trace show sni=encrypted to me.
