It works on dns.google after refreshing several times.

Appreciate the offer @guywithproblems but with the variations this problem has with different users is just way too much, even if you read just my posts alone in this thread you'll realize there is no constant or common point in all the cases.

Usually under 10 refresh. But sometime I have to go back to google search and then go forward to open the site.

Not working here as well. But, I'm connected to VPN most of time though so it hasn't been a big issue for me.

It's been an hour or so and working fine so far on Google and Cloudflare DNS.
