I'm on an Exchange in this area and I have not had any problems this month
(Its a first in the 2 yrs since I've been on Triband, and I'm wondering why they have not goofed up yet)

suggest you to book an online complaint .

Did you notice that the new MTNL bill that u've been getting over the last 2-3 months has a local BILLING ISSUE contact person and his Email+telephone on the back side
I bet his mailbox is over flowing and his number will always be busy,
But its worth a shot

I don't think this problem is server dependent

I am a new MTNL Delhi user and MTNL gave me this web site for usage details http://202.159.215.149/jsp/Login.jsp (WEB SELF CARE)..From 20th oct onwards my session history and usage details have not been updated.

I called up CC they told me there is a problem and they are trying to fixed it up ASAP
