i am in dehradun. i have been trying to connect to internet with reliance 2g sim. But every time it is showing "dial fail".i have written following in the connectin profile of data card
rofile name:- reliance (i can be any thing)dial number:- *99# ( also try *99***1#)APN*:-smartnet (also try rcomnet)but every time it shows "dial fail"other sim cards are not showing any problem.IDEA 2g sim is giving 15KB/s downloading speed with 3g signal.i am not accepting such speed from reliance but atleast i should connect to internet.i also complained to customer care(198) but they were unable to solve the issue.i am thinking to complain in consumer court for my money back.
