Reliance 3G plans now more expensive

I was talking about people living in Kashmir being able to get prepaid connections. From what I understand, till a few years ago, they could only apply for postpaid connections.

As far as I know only airtel and bsnl postpaid are allowed there.

Awesome speeds for you on ril 3g .. i get around 500kps at most on lucky days else its 300kbps max ...

My friend said he uses vodafone 3 g dongle. He said he gets his download speed on an average 2-3 mbps.
