Reliance 3G plans now more expensive

A friend told he received a message saying that 1GB 3G data will now cost Rs. 156. I haven't received this message yet. "Enjoy 3G speeds at the price of 2G;1 GB at Rs. 156 for 30 days.Chat; Watch; Browse; Stream; Google all at Awesome Speed w.e.f 1st Dec 2013.Reliance"

Neither have I. Though, I doubt I'll switch. Still the lowest 3G tariff in Mumbai circle. http://www.rcom.co.in/Rcom/personal/3G/HTML/3G-2G.htmlIdiots. Couldn't have made the 2GB pack 300.Edit Confirmed with CC, existing subscribers can continue as per their existing plan, for postpaid at least. Dunno about prepaid.

Telecom operator Reliance Communications has increased 3G mobile internet rates by 26 per cent and reduced benefit on internet packages by up to 60 per cent.The company has increased the cost of 1 GB of 3G internet usage to Rs 156 from Rs 123 it charged earlier.
The Rs 123 mobile internet pack on its 3G network will now offer only 400 MB of internet surfing, which is down by about 60 per cent.Under the high value 3G mobile internet pack of Rs 246 and Rs 492, the company has reduced usage limit from 2GB to 1.5 GB and from 4 GB to 3 GB respectively.

I think 1 GB at [color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;]₹ 130~150 is ok. Currently Vodafone and Idea are giving only 300 M for [/color][color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;]₹ 99~103 (MH Circle). For 1 GB we have to pay [/color][color=rgb(40,40,40);font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;]₹250![/color]
