I am here to explain you guys about the bad experience I had with relience. first would be Relience BIG tv. I hate this brand name relience because they only think of new offers and growth but never think of the customer service, dealers just lie a lot just for sales and they also give you false promises, misreprent abt the product and its offers. I was told that I would not be paying any thing for for getting south special channels which are about 15 channels, I know this a while lie. I paid 1700 rs and then after 3 months I keep getting this _______messages over mobile from relience to recharge before 8 th of this month, intially I was told to recharge for 115 rs only which I did using my credit card and then it just lasted for 15 days and again I started getting messages to recharge. I try to reach the person who sold this _______ crap to me and he is absconding. I call up the person who installed this , he just laughes at us he says the person who sold this cheated you just like others get cheated. These installation guys dont tell this to you untill they install this _____ coz if they reveal the secret then they loose thier jobs. Now you to reach relience web world to complaint or ask for explaination, they are again a bunch of jokers sitting under another other tent in the same circus. They are lost in thier mobile world. They keep getting left right and center from the mobile customers and dont even have time to see your face. But if you want to buy one product then they will treat you as a king. I would be happy if some one can gives me a number so that I can speak to the concern person to balst them royally. I need to pay just 115 which I was promised I dont want any ________ channals, all I need is south indian pack, I need all telugu channals with star plus thats all. how much do I need to pay the same. I always try to reach humans and I cant speak to any humans. Only this ______ ivr giggles at you......
