Reliance Broadband down for 2 days now

:'( So after asking the exact date for this problem to be resolved they finally told me that it will be resolved by 16th May,2014. Are they out of their freaking mind?

Moreover, they refuse to talk about a waiver because of almost 1 weeks downtime.

Where are you located? I'm in BALLYGUNGE Kolkata and have the same issue for the past 2days. Dsl is on but the internet light is red and no internet access. Reliance claims all is good at their server.

I am located at Chittaranjan Avenue , Kolkata 700 012 (Central Kolkata).......this problem is from Jan 2014..........still no solution........
