And today my Internet again went down at 11:00 AM. I called the customer service to be told the standard lie by Girish that my complaint is on highest priority (ahem - I felt like Ambani his-self). Girish promised to have a Field Engineer call me back in an hour. Do you really I bought into it. NOPE. I called back after 2 hours and talked to Neha and then to Shiv Kumar (Neha's boss) and they both would give me the standard lie. I insisted on knowing the reason my net was down and after 38 minutes to conversation (mostly on 'hold') I was told that there is, GUESS WHAT?, a WIRE CUT. Awesome! Ain't it? Reliance Broadband Internet is down again in less than 2 weeks because of a WIRECUT and guess who must have done it this time. BMC of course.
Reliance, please pay the BMC rents and ask them not to cut your wires. I just need the internet to work so that I can work.
