Reliance Broadband Ethernet connection Mac book Leopard

Hi,I just got a new MacBook. I have a Reliance ethernet broadband connection. In the other laptop(windows Vista), I usually connect the ethernet wire from reliance modem, type any url, it will redirect to reliance page, I enter the userid and password, and then it connects to internetBut in the new mac, its not happening. Im not able to connect to internet now with new Macbook. It runs Mac OS leopard. Please help. what should i do?

Am suffering a lot with the same issue...
Did you got it to work??
or you tried any other options??
Please do reply ASAP, since am stuck and not getting any help from neither "Reliance" guys nor the "Netgear"(My Modem) guys
