Hi,Reliance broadband billing and service is pathetic.My customer id is 394894820620. On 05/08/2011 i have given a request for cancellation of my BB 300kbps plan as the service is too bad. but these people continuously called me to opt for another plan which is 500 kbps. initially i told them, i dont need the service and terminate the account. But a lady called me several time and asked me to change the plan and the service will be good. She even told me that the bill would be around 600 rs every month. I said ok after a long conversation. Some 5 days back my connection got cut and gave a complaint to the customer care that the net is not working. And till now no one came to rectify.Today to my surprise, i revived the bill of rs 1,210.16 for a 500kbps plan. There is no dues so far as i have been a paying promptly every month. on 28/08/2011 i have paid Rs 580 and within 15 days they have sent a bill asking me to pay 1,210.16. I have asked the customer care and they say its an advance rental plan. i never new it was an advance rental plan and i told them why dont u say everything to the customer before itself. and i even spoke to a manager name called manoj, he is just blaming me that i have not heard it properly and the customer care rep would have informed me abt it. It is disgusting and that these guys are playing a prank on me. I have told them that i will not pay any advance amount and will wait for my termination. The termination request number is 161987412. I dont have an internet connection now and even i been cheated with the billing and plan. Why would anybody just simply say to take a diffent plan without even saying properly what the plan is meant for. This is not my problem and hence will not pay the bill. If the require me to pay the bill then they should only send me a bill for which i have used till this 15th sep 2011 as i was not using their service after 15th as it is not working.
