Reliance Broadband+ Sucks

I took the Reliance Broadband+ when the launched it in the city of Bangalore and after four weeks of usage, they have disconnected the service. For last 72 hours i am tryinng to get this back, no one is able to help.The service on this sucks.

That is really sad. But when i experienced the same problem i called the guy who had come to install it for me and he immediately took steps to get my net connection back. Try calling him or take some number from him where you can directly contact reliance customer service and talk to them.I hope your problem gets solved and let me knw... thanks!

Hey, thanks for the reply. I called Reliance customer care, they say, Go to Web World. i visisted two web worlds in Bangalore. No luck. The funny thing is that no one is able to help me out.In the process i learned that the sales guy logged my file as a "Corporate" connection and assigned a wrong tarrif. Someone from an "authorized" agency called Ria International in bangalore has done this fraud. Even they are not picking the call.here's what i got from them last, this is five days ago.Dear Sir,Our sincere apologies for the disconnection.We have checked our records and would like to confirm you that your verification report is positive and the information you have received is incorrect.How ever we have sent a mail to our head office(mumbai) to confirm the actual reason.We expect that the reply will be there with us by tomorrow and the same would be conveyed to you.Thanks and RegardsRamya

Hi YAAR,M Having Reliance Broadband Connection from past three years. I think They Offer the Best Service at Lowest price.Moreover, . Now Reliance is coming up with New Combo plans which are as Follows500 Kbps @ Rs 1199 + 150 Rs. calling on FLP300 Kbps @ Rs. 649 + 150 Rs. calling on FLP100 Kbps @ 499 + 75 Rs. calling on FLPMoreover, all these Plans are Unlimited plans..i.e You can SURF Unlimited without caring for the Bill.I think these are the cheapest Plan available in the market

I also got in the same fraud hands called RIA INTERNATION ASSOCIATES as hari kumar. Representative called Rohit filled the wrong plan in my application and processed the same. Now customer care not ready to change the plan (to Nationwide and 200 monthly discount). The plan change will remove the discount offer, is what they are saying.They never attend ur calls to respond and never kept the words on time of delivery or for anything.Be careful with RIA INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATES.I would suggest to buy it online or some other outlet. yes its true, i also have some major problems with reliance broadband+,they gave me d plan of 3.1Mbps to which thy hardly provide 512 Kbps,and the customer care humbly say "Mbps is " Mega BITS per second" ";i mean what the f***.:madness::evil::madness::evil:i had complain about the problem nearly 5 times, n that too from 2 months,but no response.now i quit with reliance.BSNL wired connection is the best available.:imwink:yes reliance SUCKS...
