thanks buddy...i wanted to know about the softwares...i already have an account with no-ip...but am unable to host a server yet...earlier the problem was sify as they block ports...now i don't want to mess with my modem as it my sleep forever...i can do it perfectly when i connect with my reliance phone, but then i can't use it always...

I just found that Reliance offers SPEED SELECT. Customers would be allowed to select speed on the fly from their PC.You may opt for 128 kpbs speed but select 512 kpbs if you require gr8 speed however u will be billed accordingly.Also thier trade name is Reliance BroadNet and it would be lauched all over India.

Airtel already offers 256 kbps at Rs 999 and 128 kbps at Rs 699 ,including modem rent with no limits and no it does not force you take a Landline L ,its your option to take it or not as it has no aditional rentals.So i dont think reliance offer is that encouraging
