Reliance had already given their new sms tariffs ....But when will tata docomo cut the sms rates and give new tariffs?

they are giving 100 sms free daily here in karnataka

Both in Kerala and Karnataka you need to just pay for the 1st sms and then 100free NAT/LOC SMS per day. So 60p local first sms you can send which works out to 18rs a month.
