Reliance GSM network quality in Mumbai

Indeed, 3G coverage has reduced. Still the only network that covers my college well, albeit with weaker signal strength now, have no option

Some optimization has been done. Speeds are back to decent levels, in addition to IBF being blocked [emoji14]

As of now only Rcdma customers will have access to 4g
