How do you know it is Reliance GSM ?

Hmm.. I too can see IND 11 while manual scanning. But how to confirm which operator it is? It could be Reliance GSM; but some new operators have also been allocated spectrum in Kerala. So it could be any of them.

Thanks for the info, i too see a IND 11 while manual scanning...It is listed as 405 11 on my old 3310 too
