@Kyle Crane Just disable WiFi and check if 5G symbol changes to LTE during call on your iPhone. Sometimes it changes after few seconds. If it stays on 5G throughout the call, congrats you have 5G VoNR in your area. But you need iPhone 14 and higher models to have the Voice over 5G standalone toggle under Settings -> Mobile Service -> Jio -> Voice & Data -> Enable the toggle.
Well in this scenario do we really need 5.5g or 6g instead of better wifi speed and latency. Whereas mobile operators will always crib and cannot solve simple call drop issues. XGSPON would have been better solution for 10gbps connection
