Reliance Jio 5G doesn't allow to use VPN

Hi,
I face the same issue when I try to use mobile hotspot of jio 5g. My company uses forticlient VPN. It does get connected however nothing gets transferred and I can't connect to company website, servers or db to do my work. All the other websites work like google, youtube when connected with forticlient.
I have tried changing APN to IPv4 only but it doesn't work. Tried to add DNS manually to company's DNS still it won't work.
Anybody has any suggestion for me? It becomes really hard when you are away from the fiber connection , I need to be able to work using jio 5g hotspot in my HomeTown because we need to travel and can't always be stuck to home using jiofiber for work.

I called jio customer care today for the same problem that i am not able to connect to VPN using jio 5g network, So i am unable to do my office work .
but I was very surprised 2 times they did not understood what i was saying and in 3rd call i requested them to transfer my call to some senior or some expert so they said no one is free as of now and i will have to check in after 1 hour , oh man that was too frustrating

What happened after that, did they call you or you called them? Any response from JIO?
I also called them a few minutes back. I wasn't expecting that the representative would understand the problem, but she was cooperative enough to raise a complaint to higher level. She was saying that our network team works 24x7 for the betterment of service and blah blah. At the end , she said our team will work on the issue , she also took the pincode of my area.
It is definitely frustrating when India is earning a good reputation overseas and we need to say to our company that the fastest 5g network here isn't supporting VPN.

That's strange. I have no issues connecting to different VPNs thru Jio 5G. Even Cloudflare Warp works.
