I agree with the OP. Facing the same issue with JIO Air Fibre.
System - MacBook Air
Destination - Citrix Desktop (US Location)
Issue - Frequent Disconnection and Freezing issues.
@rajat_ aka bhupindar yogi ji please help to raise the disconnection request and get the refund back.
Refund is subjected to Jio's refund policy. They might or might not refund you based on the reason of disconnection. Raise a request for dc and speak to the retention team. Tell them clearly to either fix the issue or refund money.
I'm facing same issue i sell products on Amazon, amazon seller panel not working properly with airfiber, but works properly with jio fiber.
do you have any solution for it?
