No packet loss for me on delhi gateway. It might be your local olt which is congested that’s why you are getting packet loss @Skeeter

if it was congested OLT, why I am not getting packet loss on different gateway than brasdel-8?

Usually do ping tests of different servers including gaming ones.

none showed any sign of packet loss.

also google meets , zoom, skype video/audio calls don’t lag or disconnect even if doing those calls for hours.

It seems packet loss at your end is negligible.
Would you mind running few tests on Indian and Singapore servers, choosing 1080p stream and Zoom for 60 seconds on packetlosstest.com ?
