This is so dumb, now why would anyone buy AirFiber which have 1000GB FUP. Even prepaid/postpaid mobile plans have more FUP limit than that.

Kinda looks like an expensive fail. If these plans are targeted towards villages or areas with no fiber connectivity, then not many people in those areas will be willing to purchase such expensive data limited plans. They will continue to use data on their mobiles.
Especially Jio should not expect uptake of Air Fiber in poor remote areas. In cities, people will take regular fiber as it is cheaper and offers more data. So exactly what gap are they trying to fill?

The prices of 1 Gbps plans need to come down ASAP. We are still on 5 year old pricing.

1TB is not that low. For an avg household not easy to breach.
only 4k screens can help to cross it.

I think the concern is not about an average or what a household should consume, it's more about the existence of such disgraceful FUP standards and the secondary speeds.

There should also be options, just like other countries like Premium Data (high priority data/speed than other users) and standard.

Household which only use Internet to stream content and don't have cable Tv easily cross 1tb without any downloading and gaming.
Airfiber is a total fail if they keep this up. This will turn into JioLink in no time.
