I decided to join Cloudflare's WARP beta for Windows to get around the block and it's working pretty well aside from connecting me to the Singapore data centre rather than the BLR one lol.

tried warp+? Cloudflare is not guaranteeing the fastest route on free edition. i am on warp+ and i am connected through bombay. but yeah, based on posts here, it seems to change from one isp to another.

I'm a bit embarrassed but I can't seem to find the link on the website 1.1.1.1 to upgrade to warp+. I'm guessing I can only do it in either of the apps so I'll have to check them later.

You can only do it from the mobile app and then copy the account ID to the desktop app. Or there are scripts on github. Should be easy to find.

It doesn't seem to matter for me. On BSNL it always connected through mumbai, both WARP and WARP+. On Jio, it goes through France or Italy, tried both WARP and WARP+

I think the difference is in how it's handled within cloudflare's network, not at the edge.
