Agree. I wouldn't mind even paying Rs.2000 for 100GB with 4G speeds especially if the upload speed is good. I cannot even imagine uploading HD on Youtube etc. right now with DSL lines or getting work done faster with DSL upload speeds which are mostly between 300-400 kbps more often than not in my case (BSNL). Even 3G lets upload speed of over 1mbps and 4G should be at least 5-10 mbps. So, would opt for that blindly if every avaiable at such prices and at my place (Guwahati) in the future.

Yeap. DSL is pretty useless when it comes to upload speeds. No one seems to care about people who want faster upload speeds here in India.
