i got my jiofiber modem updated.. but my ping and speed issue is still not resolved...

I have this speed issue and ping issue for 1-2 months now and there has been multiple visits...

Speed and ping get okay in night like around 1 AM....

But it's bad and shit... late morning, noon, evening and night...

So from 1AM to 9 AM.. internet is fine, speed is fine, ping is fine.

@arjunarora4212 It may be because of traffic overload to the server, which should not happen. The local servers are not properly configured for the traffic i guess. I would say file a compliant in pgportal.

I know about pgportal and i Know they actually send teams to verify with isp (i did use them in other isp case)...

hmm but the problem is if jio sends this thing to local team.

Local team is not ready to help...

local team is total noob.

i want to ask one thing... i know they have issue with their gateway or something...

that gateway is installed in the local areas or they are in noida? do you know anything about it?

the guy in local team head says... we will not help you if you will recharge 199 plan...

recharge for a monthly plan... and issue will be fixed or we will fix it.

but as i am saying issue is resolved every day (for 2 months now) at night automatically.. it's network congestion only...

If they don't want the customers to recharge with 199 plan then they should not offer that plan.
