No bro don't pay. Even if you successfully linked your live tv account in myjio app it will give you nothing. All the users are facing the same error code on live tv screen, so linking has no point.

I got an option to link Hathway account in switch account menu. I tried with MacID and NSC, didn't work

No bro that is specially for hathway stb which has jio branding.
For jio fiber stb qr method is only option available.

Around 15 of the zee network channels are now started showing their live feed in my stb jio live tv app (iptv).
These channels are :-
CH. 12 - ZEE ANMOL
CH. 57 - ZEE CAFE HD
CH. 110 - ZEE BOLLYWOOD
CH. 111 - ZEE ACTION CINEMA
CH. 129 - ZEE ANMOL CINEMA
CH. 133 - ZEE CLASSIC
CH. 304 - ZING
CH. 342 - ZEE ZEST HD
CH. 397 - ZEE CINEMALU HD
CH. 501 - ZEE YUVA
CH. 573 - ZEE THIRAI
CH. 645 - ZEE ANMOL CINEMA 2
CH. 655 - ZEE BANGLA CINEMA
CH. 718 - ZEE SARTHAK
CH. 924 - ZEE KERALAM HD
Apart from these no any other channels are working right now in my jio stb live tv app.
One more thing is that currently my this jio fiber postpaid connection is not recharged from 1 month but still all these channels are working in my stb.

From what I know, they should continue to charge you until the available credit limit is there.

@Zuke yes bro. I have not recharged my jio fiber postpaid connection from last 1 month and internet is also not working because connection is now temporarily suspended due to not recharged.
