There is no default password for the Jio router anymore. They've pushed a firmware upgrade and now the 'Jiocenterum' password is not going to work anymore. If you are facing the same issue, kindly follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Download the JioHome app (JioHome - Control Smart TV & STB with Smart Home App)
2. Authenticate using your registered mobile number
3. You'll get an option to set a new password for the router's web interface then and there, upon first login.
4. Your default web interface IP should be 192.168.29.1 (If it isn't, just visit http://reliance.reliance and you'll see the web interface)
5. Use the newly generated password with the username 'admin'
6. Please tell this to their customer care executives too if possible because they have no f**king idea about the job they do. All they know is how to arrange for 'engineer' visits. Since Jio isn't providing them the necessary training, we should take the initiative for the same and train them, one executive at a time. God help Jio customers like us.

Regards

I checked this but it didn't ask for any password.
