My original
router was having some problems. Basically low wifi speed(just 25-30 Mbps) and rebooting every now and then. So i complaint to CC . Some engineer came over , intially he replaced it with black 2.4 GHz router but on checking that i am on gold plan he agreed to replace it with blue dual band router(4032).
Now problems seem to have increased many fold, ist the apps such as jiosaavn and jiotv+ take forever to start( sometimes 2-3 mins to even 5 mins sometimes). My landline has dial tone but it doesn't make calls to any mobile or landlines, if some one calls me he gets the message that "the number you are dialing is not available". Even led lights are quite irratic sometimes the green light stays stable but most of the times it keeps on blinking.
Just a question from all those who have 4032 dual band router(blue) . What is the status of the green light on their router , does it blink or stays constant? And do they notice slow opening of applications on jio set top box?
My father who was at home while router was changed, insisted that a new box packed router be installed and this router appeared already used but the engineer insisted that he had just removed box for easy transport,and its new and not used. Not sure if it's working alright.
I have a new
Xiaomi router(dual band, MU-MIMO) bought from
AliExpress for my sister , which when i connect to JIOFIBRE router ,all the apps start instantly without any delay. So i am sure there is some problem with my JIOFIBRE router.
