Reliance Jio Fiber Slow Speed and sometimes Red Light Blinking

250Mbps Plan. Average Speed 1-5Mbps.

Sometimes 60Mbps, sometimes 100, sometimes nothing.

Everything is normal for me. Maybe you are facing downtime. If it persists for more than 1 hour then contact CC.

@Shubham Yes, I have told them and trust me their support team is the least technically sound I have seen. Hathway was much better.

JioFiber CS ask same question again and again.

I told them, it's Cat 6 Ethenet.

She asked me again are you using WiFi?

I told her, I am using LAN, she asked me again, Are you using WiFi?

It happened like 5-6 times.

Anyways, Why do you say more than 1 Hour?

Just now I was writing this reply. That red light blinking thing happened for 5-10 seconds and then again fixed automatically.

Why is this Red Light blinking happening frequently for some seconds and then again becomes stable for few minutes?
