Have you tried wiring the Mesh point to the ONT? Can you please try to do so and tell the results because I am also planning to get this..

They have not given a additional LAN port also . What a crappy unit . Every additional unit of jio extender (2,3,4) added through the extender 1 has to go through a switch or another cable from jio router . I mean who designs this

Oh, are you sure? Because the Jio website says that it has a "fast" RJ45 port, which means that it is 100mbps only. Would be amazing if you could please verify

I can’t verify it now, technicians tested it during installation and told me to use cable for it, I asked them to try it without cable and got the desired speed 70-80% of plan speed. I don’t have that big LAN cable. May be somebody else could help you

Need Help. I have two jioextender wifi mesh units. I used the installation procedure, and both were working fine till yesterday. Suddenly from yesterday both the units have started showing RED led for wifi and not connecting to internet.
Has anybody faced the same issue? Any solution? Not getting much support from Jio.
Main router and internet are working fine. It is just an issue for Jioextenders.

Have you tried resetting them ? And connect with a LAN cable and test it if using wirelessly.
