I recently relocated to my original location which had a Jio connection,however now they are not able to provide me internet as they say the ports are full .I cannot get a airfibre connection as we have wired connection in the building .we don’t have or anyother service provider in my location .They say they are trying to add a new cassette but it’s been 2weeks now .As I WFH I need to have a stable internet connection .what should I do t push them add the cassettes asap
