Reliance Jio has extended the Preview offer to all 4G Phones

Today is 4th day (including sunday) for me after applying.

Still NO sms received.

From what I've got to know - customer will receive order confirmation SMS as soon as his CAF is uploaded by store to Jio server.

If you haven't received that, call the store and inquire. Talk to store in-charge/manager. Only then you'll be able to know if the forms of a certain date have been uploaded. Some stores are not intimating customers if their forms have been rejected or not uploaded due to error in supporting documents.

I sent a fresh address proof today and within 30 minutes I received 1st SMS of order confirmation. Now waiting for tele-verification SMS which would come within 48 working hours.

Some people are rude in the store and so the Head office should know about these people. You will be contacted within the next working day and also get confirmation SMS & e-mail.

I got the sim on 22nd of this month. But till date I did not receive any message. I personally visited Reliance digital two times, but no use.

I'm waiting for more than 72 hours, still didn't got Tele Verification SMS

@kunalgautam - If that is the case. Call Jio CC and inform them. When I informed them that my CAF was submitted on 23rd August, the CC person said that you will get tele-verification within 48 working hours. Have patience & wait for them to pick up the call. I was successful after 3 attempts totaling 110 minutes.
