Reliance Jio is blocking our legitimate educational domain vedmarg.com via their MySafeNet filter. We have cleared all global security checks (Fortinet/Netcraft). Jio Nodal officers are not responding. This is a violation of Net Neutrality and is causing massive business loss. What do we do now?

You can either continue escalating to a higher authority or send in a legal notice.

I am not sure if a legal notice would help. However, TRAI can intervene in such cases to defend Net Neutrality. Social media might help in some cases too.

Is it blocked in some city/locality or Pan India ?

I am able to access it using JIO Fiber connection but I don't use Jio DNS


On a side note, A what a pleasure to get back on IBF, I was away for quite sometime, how's sushubh and techfreak doing ?

able to access,
check your hosting provider...maybe that ip address not reachable through jio network

try using cloudflare and then mask your ip through cloudflare proxy in zone file
