This reminded me of my pre-fiber days. I was in class 10th and used to calculate how much data I need to upload video on YouTube and with the leftover data from 1.5 or 2 GB per day I used to watch YouTube in either 240p or 360p. Those were the golden days . I miss those days.

Isn't a JIO Postpaid Family cheaper than this? Since it technically just costs 199 for every child?

Jio postpaid plus family (1+2) costs 799+gst per month i.e. 943, about 25% higher than this. Its a bundled product. So no point of considering the incremental cost only for the extra child connections.

Getting to chew through 50GB in a month whenever one needs it and struggling with 2GB a day is starkly different. ie. being 250 vs 314.
Even if you add INR 61 6GB data voucher just to balance it, there's still no competition, considering there are the OTT options too along with it.
