If you join prime member and does 149 recharge, your prime member voids/ends

Naah it won't void however you won't 1GB/day benefits. Only 149 benefits. Lot of points would be cleared once they publish details on their site.

If you join the prime membership and wanna continue you should do the 303 only for a year

Membership is for a year only. However you need to recharge every month to enjoy benefits.
Again T&C on website would clear lot of doubts.

Rs.303 per month(for 12 months only) that too only valid if you enroll in Rs.99 prime before 31st march 2017.
