A couple of hours ago I opened the MyJio app and found the request to extend the prime membership option on the top of my homepage. A couple of clicks later it displayed the message that my request has been successfully registered.

So I lost my mobile with jio sim. called jio and blocked the sim but didnt go and get the duplicate one. So now what should I do? get that sim and then activate jip prime?
