Rs 149 Plan [Normal Tariff ]
Rs 126.65 [ with Auto Debit and E-bill ]
Rs 95.00 [ with Auto Debit and E-bill + Student Discount ]

Who would add service tax to above amount? They are giving discount to equalize service tax disadvantage on postpaid as they want more user on postpaid.

@Deep Saha Who said 0.05paise per MB , Mr Ambani said that it would go as less as 0.05p per MB for high data usage which corresponds to 50 rs per GB. Secondly for those who are calculating bill as 25 percent less, He clearly said that, students would get 25 percent more data not discount in balance.

75GB for 5000 bucks still come to around Rs. 66.66. Which plan of theirs offer 4G data at 50 rupees per GB?

They are including their WIFI data (pretty useless for non metro users) and night unlimited data also which takes data charges to less 50 Rs per GB. Overall 50 Rs. per GB looks like a marketing gimmick to me.

Check it mate I rectified the mistake after saying it..chk previous posts.

After GST in April 2017 tax shall be 18% instead of 15% so yes, prepaid will win by considerable margins. Actually prepaid owners must be considered as premium users since they are prepaying money to the service provider even before using their services.

From a business point of view, postpaid is premium.

1. There is stability in your income. (This is huge)
2. Typically postpaid users spend more than prepaid

Bro how you will get massive bill unless you download a lot without knowing your free data.. 0.05p for 1MB means 0.5p for 10mb and 5rs for 100mb ..

how you cannot know your data usage even after 100mb unless you are careless and download a lot without knowing your data.. Also there is a feature in all android mobile called Data Restriction , just set the billing cycle and your data limit , android will warn you of your usage is close to end or exausted just keep a watch then...

and keep your data off when not in use when your usage is close to end..

Further more Rs 5 for 100mb is wont get you with huge postpaid bills unless you are downloading in gb's which is not at all recommended in Rs 149 plan
5 rs for 100 mb is a myth. after exhaustion of allotted as per your plan, you will be charged rs. 250 a gb. 50 rs a gb is only for their wifi hotspots. would you be willing to sit under their tower for the golden sounding 50 rs a gb pricing scheme?
