It's already present in Jio Fiber from the beginning. Please don't spread the false claims that it would support, fact it is already supporting

I think you are talking about apps already being there, but the original article is an aggregation feature like MI's Patchwall UI I suppose?

Aggregation of apps is already present there my friends right from the beginning. All these features are already there in it. He just informed about the feature that they could not during last year's AGM because Jio Fiber was not launched yet.
I'm using Jio Fiber since December 2019 and almost everyone who is having it knows better about JioTv+ that we can actually watch every content of all leading OTT apps through this single app.
And about login to the individual app is concerned, no login is required as far as you have the dedicated plan for the same.
