No. Calling to emergency numbers or short codes that use location services (e.g. 100, 101, 102, 108, 112, 138, 1072, 1076, 1077, 1078, 1070, 1073, 1075, 1950 etc) will not be available in case of Wi-Fi calling
i assume this applies to all operators in india. you can't make calls to emergency numbers on vowifi?
