Actually from admin panel option to select IPv4 and IPv6 is gone. UPnP Setting is added though

Yes , I remember , You surely have eagle eye ! The first time I loaded even I saw the same screen but never bothered to the changes as I was busy setting the jiofi in different places to get better speeds. @kunalgautam

I wish they give reboot router option in Admin Dashboard. It is real pain to push the button for turning it off and on.

I have the same issue with my Reliance Broadband modem. It hangs more than once every day. Sometimes it recovers. Other times I have to restart it. I cannot even access the backend of the ZTE modem they have provided me. So I have kept the power strip near my place and I restart it from there instead of going to the modem.

so reliance is updating the firmware on their jiofi device in the background?

@Ouch In my case, yes it was background update.

Looks so , My admin panel got updated in background and I never noticed it. Entire process of firmware update looks seamless and automatic.

So the new firmware was already out by the time the device launched and it updated in the background immediately for Bsnl Super User and myself. I wonder why your JioFi2 only just updated.
