How many of you think 199 plan is good enough?

For me absolutely because
1) 0 down time
2) good community
3) best service in my area

There is still a controversy whether it is a base plan or a add-on plan.

i heard its addon plan. the agent to whom i enquired told it can be used after using up the FUP. but anyway i have asked my friend to recharge for 199 and lets wait if his plan gets activated (currently free preview is over for him).

199 can't be used on its own. You will need to charge with a base plan first.

@ponnitheunreal - Yes on Saturday I did and not activated yet. I was told today that I need to recharge for other commercial plan first and 199s are jus vouchers expensive

Hey Guys,

Can anyone on paid plan share experience of making CCTV DVR work with JioFiber? I see lot of claims regarding Security & Surveillance systems working on JioFiber from Jio - part of the brochure.

The engineer who visited me for STB activation, told that for same, need to call Customer Care, share mac of DVR and they will get port opened etc and then engineer will visit.

Upon calling Customer Care, was informed that all ports are opened. Next time when I called Customer Care, was informed that need to get static ID.

Currently with Airtel, am able to use the DVR - using dynamic dns service.

So with JioFiber, am all lost. Seeking feedback/guidance here.

very low data cap on base plan and shot validity 1000gb is damn useless.... data vouchers are too expensive.
