Funnily enough Airtel 4G has lower pings than Airtel broadband.

In that case it should be fixed by airtel broadband support team, give it a try.

@WandereR Talked to the local support team for airtel, they're absolutely clueless as to why its different. Can't be bothered to pursue it because my parents don't game and I'm happy with my current connection.

Meanwhile, it's been over 10 days since I've complained to Jiofiber support team about the poor routing and every time I ask they say "we're working hard". Don't expect them to fix it anyway.

One question @kanansrin , was your ping high only for valorant mumbai or were all the servers(in Mumbai or elsewhere) facing the same ?

No all servers were relatively high now all is ok

Can anyone point out what is the uptime for JIO-Fiber?

I have Jio Fiber 999 plan since September. I have noticed 10-15 minutes of downtime twice in the 5 months. I don't use it for gaming but run 3 smart TVs on 1080p simultaneously and don't face any buffering.
