Maybe in your area, In mine, I complained when fibre from pole to my home brake, they repaired the same day after complaining, lower pings than BSNL

And here's what i get from JIo

plans from jio are not good compared to bsnl but there a weekly plan of about 235rs /7 day in which you get 1000GB at 100mbps and for 28days it costs around 940rs inc tax so for 28 days I am easily getting around 4000GB of data at 100mbps which is the best deal compared to any other ISP, so kudos to jio, and when it comes to reliability I am using jio for 14 months and you will be surprised to hear that I have never faced a single downtime or low-speed issue in any hour of the day, i have used BSNL ftth as well for 14 months and there is not a single week spent in which i have not called at there office regarding speed issue, high pings (they don't even know what ping is).
