Haven't been to D-Mart yet so no clue.

amazing thing is they just deliver any random brand which is available at the nearest store, what you select on website while ordering doesn't matter.
From my last order at old site I didn't got half stuff, there is no working customer service who can do anything. They don't inform you, they don't know which store will deliver. Its crazy like if you order noodles you may get maggi or top ramen depending on whatever is available.
If one product is not available at your pincode the whole cart will show error then you have to play whack-a-mole to find which item is causing error.

Whole business model doesn't make sense. Consistent quality of products and service is what brings people into kirana stores or supermarkets. By outsourcing this aspect to kirana stores, Reliance can't maintain quality of service.
There is no value available for kirana store owners as well. They can very much create a basic website to accept orders in much better way for few thousands using Shopify like platforms. Sourcing from Reliance Cash and Carry alone is not possible for them.
How Reliance will monetize kirana store orders is a million dollar question.
