Reliance JioTV+ Live Channels not working?

Live channels which are provided directly by JioTV+ app on Jio STB are not working. I'm getting blame for it since my father can't watch his favorite news channel which I hate.

Anybody using JioSTB can confirm if it is same there? Do you guys use? @Rickysin @Ashwin K @anubhav11
