BSNL, Reliance netconnect
just saw below notice on reliance netconnect site, i hope they are upgrading all equipment from evdo rev0 to revA. Currently though they promise 3.1mbps dl/1.8 mbps up, i never got more than 160kbps while uploading, which mean they are actually in rev0 level
