Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus: Setup gives bluescreen and restarts...

Hi All,I Use Dell Lattitude D630. My Company laptop. When I connect and setup reliance netconnect+ it gives me a blue screen error and restarts the computer. Once it restarts with device plugged in. Whenever i try to connect. It gives blue screen again and restarts the computer.Any suggestions for fix?Thanks.

i think this is a hardware error, the driver may not be installed properly for the new hardware, try to restore ur system to a date wen this hardware was not installed and install it again. let me know if this works.peace

Thanks for writing in Vini.After posting this questions, I figured out later that my companies VPN has some issues with these kind of USB devices. We in our company uses something by name Contivity client and some VPN Token drivers which causes blue screen errors and restarts the system.But still. Thanks for taking some time out and supporting.

I have a comapny Dell D630 and I am facing the same problem with Tata Photon+.
