Reliance vs BSNL data card

Hi, I am currently staying in Balewadi Pune. I am planning to buy one data card bit I am confused between BSNL and relaince. BSNL is cheap but poor service. Whereas Reliance is costly but better service. Also I am not aware of the speed given by BSNL but sopme blogs have posted that Reliance gives far better connectivity speed then BSNL. Kindly suggest me the coverage of both in Balewadi area in Pune. ThanksSiddharth Shah

Go for TATA Photon+ or BSNL EVDO.BSNL EVDO is pretty good.
