my plan details - Plan 750 (4.3 GB download limit, Upto 2MBPS connection.) hello all I got a call day before yesterday from Reliance office (Vijaya building CP Delhi). This lady gave me a big shock stating that there has been an excesive usage on my Reliance WIMAX connection. she told that I have an Unbilled usage of Rs 8,000. They are calling because they have checked my past history that shows that I have never used more than 2 GB of data. She advised me to call the customer care immidiatly and report the matter. I called customer care and got the information that the unbilled usage has increased to Rs13,000/-. I requested them to immidiatly change my password to which they replied that they cannot do that. And they cannot investigate into this matter until the Monthly bill gets generated. They will wait untill 23rd of this month (my bill generation date) to take any action. I told them that by 23rd this unbilled usage might reach more then 50 K. The answer was sorry they cannot change my password and cannot raise a ticket now for investigation either. I have changed my password now and download looks a stable since then. I doubt that my password has been hacked and misused and It only happend after I started using the second version of Auto_login_script posted by someone on this forum. I doubt that this script sends your login credentials to someone who is misusing your broadband account. Guyz please beware of using any such content from the internet. This is just for the information of users here. This is my doubt and has not yet been confirmed by the reliance Technical department. I will keep you updated what exactly is the concern once I get a result of reliance tech department investigations.
